O R D E R

% 08.03.2018 Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 20.02.2018. Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement the first instalment of Rs.1,00,000/- has been paid to the petitioner by cheque bearing No.034820 drawn on Allahabad Bank, Sohna Road, Gurgaon.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions from the Managing Director Mr.Raman Puri who is present in court in person states that the cheque handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner would be duly honoured by the bankers. He also states that the respondent shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of the settlement agreement dated 20.2.2018. Same is taken on record. It be sent to the Registry who may scan the same and place it on record.

Statement of the Managing Director has been recorded separately. Respondent shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the statement. In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of. In case of a default liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps as per law including for revival of the present petition. JAYANT NATH, J MARCH 08, 2018 n
