O R D E R

% 17.01.2018 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother-in-law (devar) of the complainant.

Complainant has falsely implicated the whole family. Petitioner is now married and living separately. Petitioner has already cooperated in the investigation. Petitioner was granted interim protection by this Court vide order dated 22nd August, 2016, which is still continuing.

Petitioner has not misused the concession of interim protection.

Learned APP, who is assisted by the counsel for the complainant, has contended that specific allegations have been levelled against the petitioner regarding demand of dowry. Complainant has also alleged that petitioner

used to do obscene acts. Dowry was also demanded from the complainant. Learned APP further submits that investigations are over and charge-sheet would be filed within four weeks.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
