% 27.09.2018 Respondent no.2-Ms. Raj Dulari is present in Court along with her counsel and accepts notice. She has been identified by SI H.P. Mudgal of police station Paschim Vihar.

It is submitted that property disputes between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 led to registration of FIR no.462/2015 under Sections 420/506/34 IPC at police station Paschim Vihar on the complaint of respondent no. 2.

It is further submitted that respondent no. 2 and her husband were promoter of M/s. Biochemix Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. It is further

submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably.

Respondent no. 2 says that she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and she has no objection in case aforesaid FIR, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed against the petitioners. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
