% 05.10.2018 CM No. 41393/2018 (for withdrawal of the petition) The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been instituted on behalf of the applicant/petitioner University, seeking withdrawal of the accompanying writ petition. For the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the present application is allowed. The applicant/petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. The application is disposed of accordingly.

W.P.(C) 9150/2018 In view of the order passed in CM No. 41393/2018, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, in view of the circumstance that, the University Grants Commission (for short 'UGC'), has subsequent upon initiation of the present proceedings, made a new portal W.P.(C) 9150/2018

operational w.e.f. 18th September, 2018 upto 5th October, 2018, and the petitioner University has been granted liberty to approach the UGC through the new portal, if so advised.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner University states that they have, in fact, applied through the new portal and, therefore, seek leave to withdraw this petition, with liberty to approach this Court, in accordance with law, if they are aggrieved by the consideration of their present application by the UGC.

Leave and liberty granted.
