% 01.09.2017 In terms of our last order dated 24th July, 2017, the respondents had constituted a Committee of doctors/specialists to examine whether the degree of Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging Technology issued by Indira Gandhi National Open University meets the eligibility requirement stipulated in the advertisement. As per the report of the said Committee, the petitioner satisfies the minimum eligibility requirement.
In view of the aforesaid position, the respondents state that the case of the petitioner would be examined in accordance with law and if she qualifies, she would be so appointed. The said exercise, we hope and trust, would be completed expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied in view of the statement made.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in case of an adverse order. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
