% 07.03.2017 The first impugned order dated 10th July, 2015 allows OA No. 3821/2013 on the principle of equal work for equal pay to contractual employees. In fact, the impugned order follows earlier decisions of the Tribunal granting relief to contractual employees. It has been also directed that the arrears would be paid from the date of filing of OA No. 3821/2013. The issue is now covered by the decision of the Supreme Court in State of Punjab versus Jagjit Singh, (2016) 10 Scale 447. A similar view has been taken by this Court in Victoria Massey versus Government of NCT of Delhi, W.P.(C) No.8764/2008, Rajesh Kumar Sharma & Ors. versus Government of NCT of Delhi & Ors., W.P.(C) No. 3769/2013, NCT of Delhi & Ors. versus Pramod Kumar & Ors. W.P.(C) No. 3676/2011, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Hospital represented by its Medical Superintendent & Ors. versus Mahesh Bhardwaj & Ors. W.P.(C) No. 4863/2012, Dr. Baba sahib Ambedkar Hospital represented by its Medical Superintendent & Ors. versus Swastika Bhakat & Ors. W.P.(C) No. 424/2013, and Chief
