% 14.08.2018 The grievance of petitioners is that their Representation of 28th March, 2018 (Annexure P-8 colly.) for demarcation of their lands is still pending.
Learned standing counsel for respondents No.1 & 2 submits that if the aforesaid Representation (Annexure P-8 colly.) is still pending, then the demarcation of the subject lands would be positively carried out within 12 weeks from today and if required, response to said Representation (Annexure P-8 colly.) would also be given within the aforesaid period.
In view of the aforesaid stand taken on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2, this petition and the application are disposed of while taking on record aforesaid Undertaking given on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2 to W.P.(C) 8497/2018
the effect that the demarcation of the petitioners' land would be positively carried out within 12 weeks from today and if for any reason whatsoever, demarcation of petitioners' land is not to be done, then speaking response to petitioners' Representation (Annexure P-8 colly.) be promptly given. Needless to say, petitioners shall extend all possible cooperation in the process of demarcation of their lands.
With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
