Petitioner impugns order dated 08.04.2016 whereby interim maintenance was fixed at Rs.16,500/- per month i.e. Rs.5500/- for each of the respondents i.e. the wife and two children. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued to the Trial Court to expedite the trial, he shall not press his petition at this stage without prejudice to his stand before the Trial Court.

Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of six months from the next date of hearing before the Trial Court.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
