This petition has been filed under Section 278 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 praying for the grant of Letters of Administration for the estate left behind by late Shri Gurdarshan Singh Brar.

The respondent nos.2 and 3 filed their objections to this petition, stating that the deceased passed away on 30.11.2013, leaving behind his last and final Will dated 30.03.2001, which was duly registered by the office of the Sub-Registrar, Sub Div.-II, Delhi of West Distt. Delhi, vide Regd. No. 12229, Book No.3, Vol. No. 5308, page 73.

The petitioner no.1, who is also the General Power of Attorney holder of the petitioner no.2, appears virtually in the Court. She submits that she accepts the due execution and validity of the Will dated 30.03.2001 of late Shri Gurdarshan Singh Brar, that has been propounded by the respondent nos.2 and 3. She submits that the respondent no.4, who is her daughter, also does not dispute the validity or due execution of the said Will.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition. The same is disposed of.

The pending applications are also disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
