O R D E R

% 17.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are fatherin-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, who committed suicide by hanging.

A suicide note was recovered, wherein deceased made vague allegations that he was committing suicide because of his wife and her family members (petitioners). He further submits that no details have been given in the suicide note as to how and in what manner petitioners had harassed the deceased, so as to compel him to commit suicide. It is submitted that petitioners have cooperated in the investigation. Petitioners were also granted interim protection, vide order dated 18th October, 2016, which has not been misused. Investigations are complete and charge-sheet

is likely to be filed within 15 days.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on anticipatory bail subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Anticipatory bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
