Today Mr.Kirti Uppal, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners on instruction submits that without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners, they may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty CRL.M.C. 1609/2017

to avail the remedy as per law.
