% 30.05.2019 Mr. Puneet Taneja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the amount of Rs.97,82,96,808/- as demanded by the Municipal Corporation has been paid to the DMC which satisfies the impugned show cause notice dated December 07, 2012. In fact, he states that an application has been filed by the NTPC stating so and for disposing of the writ petition in view of the deposit. The same is not listed today. Be that as it may, as the impugned notice has been satisfied, there is no further cause to continue the present petition, it has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.

CM Nos. 19793/2012 & 15914/2013 Dismissed as unfructuous.
