% 27.04.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 08th December, 2016, passed in W.P.(C) 4975/2011, whereby the petitioner was granted reinstatement without back wages and was held entitled to regular wages w.e.f. his joining back the service. It was also clarified that the intervening period would be counted for the purpose of retiral/pensionary benefits.
Learned counsel for respondent, who appears on advance notice, on instruction of Mr. Prithvi Raj Singh, Depot Manager who is personally present in Court, assures and undertakes to this Court that the petitioner shall be reinstated in service within one week.
The statement and undertaking given by learned counsel for respondent is accepted by this Court and respondent is held bound by the same.
In view thereof, present contempt petition and application stand disposed of as satisfied.
