The Court has been shown the copies of the communication dated 16th January, 2019 whereby the transfer order of the Petitioner has been cancelled as well as communication dated 19th January, 2019 where it has been directed that necessary action should be taken to consider the Petitioner‟s name for induction into the United Nations Mission in Congo along with the other JCOs of 16 SIKH regiment. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition.
