% 13.10.2017 Petitioner approached this Court alleging unauthorized construction in a property, which has not come to be disclosed in the petition, but, the ld. counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, concedes to the effect that the property as finds mention in the status report that has come to be filed on 11.10.2017, is the same. In the status report that has come to be filed, the respondent has stated, as follows :

That on 09.10.2017 further demolition action was taken with the help of police force from PS Shalimar Bagh. During demolition action, the remaining projections at FF, SF & TF of the property have been demolished. 7.

That impugned construction after aforesaid demolition action has been brought within compoundable limits under the norms of BBL.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, does not dispute the status as disclosed in the status report. In view thereof, nothing survives in the petition and the petition is disposed off accordingly. A. K. CHAWLA, J OCTOBER 13, 2017 rc
