We find that though the writ petition has been signed by Mr.Kapil Kher, Advocate but the vakalatnama by the petitioner is not only in favour of Mr.Kapil Kher but even Mr.D.R.Bhatia, Advocate and Mr.Rishi Manchanda, Advocate.

Since Mr.Rishi Manchanda, Advocate who has made the statement has a vakalatnama in his favour duly executed by the petitioner, we dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn.
