% 13.01.2016 CRL.A. 1447/2012 The appellant is present in person alongwith her counsel and submits that since she has already served the sentence awarded to her by the learned Trial Court and after completing the sentence she has been released from jail as such she does not want to pursue the appeal anymore and withdraw the same.
In view of these submissions, the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Crl. MA 622/2016 (exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.
Crl. MA 619/2016 (by the appellant for de-sealing of the premises) This is an application moved by the appellant for de-sealing the premises. Record reveals that co-accused Madhu had absconded during the pendency of her appeal as such in order to complete the proceedings against her, the Trial Court record has already been sent to the concerned Trial Court as such the appellant may move appropriate application before the Trial Court concerned who may dispose of the same in accordance with law. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Crl. MA 620/2016 (for release of RC of vehicle) This is an application moved by the surety of the appellant for release of registration certificate of the vehicle which was kept while standing surety for the appellant. The applicant is at liberty to move appropriate application before the concerned Trial Court who will consider the same in accordance with law. The application stands disposed of.
