CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 04.04.2019 CM APPL. 28042/2018 1.

This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking restoration of the petition which was disposed of on 05.07.2018. The order dated 05.07.2018 indicates that it was passed on a statement made by the learned counsel for respondent no.1 that the grievance of the petitioner had been addressed and all monies due to the petitioner had been paid.

2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that although the claims have been paid, nonetheless, the petitioner apprehends that he would be denied cashless facilities in future as well. At present, the said apprehension is unfounded. 3.

In this view, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if a cause so arises. VIBHU BAKHRU, J APRIL 04, 2019/RK
