Learned counsel for judgement debtors state that the disputes between the parties have been settled before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, and that the judgement debtors will comply with the settlement within a period of two weeks.

The judgement debtors are directed to file affidavits of undertaking placing on record the settlements arrived at, and their undertaking to comply with the settlement within a period of two weeks from today. The affidavits be filed within one week from today. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required in the enforcement proceedings, which stand disposed of.
