This petition is filed under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The parties have entered into an agreement on 30.4.2014. In case of dispute there was an arbitration agreement between the parties being clause 17 of the Agreement dated 30.4.2014. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter be referred for adjudication of the Sole Arbitrator and the arbitration be held under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre. 3.

Accordingly, Mr.

Upender Thakur, Advocate (Mobile No.

9711984890) residing at 15-D, Pocket-B, Siddharth Extension, New Delhi110014 is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. He will function under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the learned Arbitrator and to DIAC.
