We are disposing of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the writ petition in case the Tribunal takes a decision, whereby the petitioner has a cause of action to approach this Court. The petitioner may move an application for intervention and for being heard before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD.
