On 8.11.2016, the following order was passed:- 1.

Last opportunity granted to the petitioner to comply with the order dated 17.12.2015, failing which writ petition will be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution on the next date of hearing. 2.

Notices be issued after filing of amended memo of parties, both in the ordinary method as well as by registered post AD, to the respondent(s) except the respondent no.3/Union of India, returnable on 16th March, 2017.

Once again for today notices could not be issued as process fee was not filed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.

Let no application for restoration or recall of this order be entertained by the Registry of this Court unless costs of Rs.5000/- are first deposited with the Friendicoes, No.271 & 273, Defence Colony, Flyover Market,
