% 29.07.2015 On an oral prayer made by the plaintiff's counsel, name of defendant No. 2 is deleted from the array of parties.
Plaintiff and defendant No. 1 have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 19th May, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the settlement agreement dated 19th May, 2015 which has been signed by the plaintiff and defendant No. 1 and their counsels. The settlement agreement is marked as 'Mark C-1'. Plaintiff and defendant No. 1 shall remain bound by the terms of settlement 'Mark C1'. Plaintiff, defendant No. 3 and defendant No. 4 have also settled their
disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 7th July, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the settlement agreement dated 7th July, 2015 which has been duly signed by the plaintiff, defendant No. 3 and defendant No. 4 and their counsels. The settlement agreement is marked as 'Mark C-2'.
Plaintiff, defendant No. 3 and defendant No. 4 shall remain bound by the terms of settlement 'Mark C-2'. Suit is disposed of in terms of the settlements 'Mark C-1' and 'Mark C-2'. Since parties have settled their disputes through process of mediation, court fees be refunded to the plaintiff. A necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the registry.
