% 24.04.2015 Crl. M.A. 6015/2015 Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

Application is disposed of.

Bail Appln. 772/2015 Petitioner was granted interim bail in order to make arrangement for school fee etc. of his children who were living with his brother-in-law. Counsel for the petitioner submits that one child of the petitioner has been admitted in the hostel, however, arrangement for admission of other child in the hostel could not be made due to paucity of funds. He further submits that if period of interim bail is extended by another one month, petitioner would be able to admit his second child in the same hostel.

Accordingly, interim bail of the petitioner is extended for one month from today on the same terms and conditions on which earlier interim bail was granted vide order dated 24th March, 2015 passed in Bail Application No. 567/2015.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
