Ld. counsel for the parties submit that suit value is less than one crore and the suit property is situated at Shastri Nagar which falls under the jurisdiction of District East, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District East, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (East), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (East), Karkardooma, Delhi on 08.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to supply the entire set of papers to the counsel for the defendants.
