Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, we are of the view that the matter does not deserve to be entertained as a Public Interest Litigation. 2.

However, it is always open to the petitioner to pursue the complaint dated 10.08.2016 stated to have been filed before the SHO, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi for redressal of his grievance.
