Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move the bail application before Sessions Court as the matter has been settled. It is further informed that pursuant to the settlement, certain cheques have been handed over the complainant to the tune of `5,00,000/- and these are yet to be honoured.

Learned counsel for the complainant states that in case cheques are honoured, he will give no objection to the grant of bail before the Sessions Court.
