Petitioners had filed the present petition seeking protection from respondents No.4 to 8 for the reason petitioners No.1 & 2 had married contrary to the wishes of respondents No.4 to 8, the family members of petitioner No.1. Petitioners are present in Court. 2.

Learned counsel on instructions from the petitioners states that now the petitioners have no apprehension of any threat and thus do not wish to pursue the present petition.
