% 31.08.2015 C.M.No.17651/2015 (for delay) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned.

The application stands disposed of.

C.M.No.17650/2015 (for restoration) 1.

The applicant is aggrieved by the reasoned order dated 15.05.2015 pursuant to this court's order dated 05.05.2015 disposing of W.P.(C) No.4462/2015. It is contended that the speaking order does not disclose the reason for denying the stepping up of pay to the extent of 3% from the date of reappointment in accordance with Fundamental Rule 22 (I) (a) (1). As far as this court is concerned, the order disposing of the writ petition has become final and a step forward has been taken by the speaking order. The grievance of the

petitioner or for anyone like him who is aggrieved by the fixation, for which the rationale has been disclosed in the order dated 15.05.2015 is to seek recourse against that order. Additionally, the petitioner may also seek the materials or other reasons under the Right to Information Act. Liberty granted to file a fresh writ petition. 2.

Applications are disposed of.
