Vide order dated 27.11.2015 passed by the Joint Registrar (Judicial), this matter was transferred to the East District in view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015.

Now vide order dated 07.04.2018 this case has been received back from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-4 (East District) Karkardooma Courts, on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction, since the cause of action in the instant suit is stated to have arises in the area of Gandhi Nagar, which falls within territorial jurisdiction of Shahdara District. The order dated 07.04.2018 was recorded in the presence of counsel for the parties. Consequently, Registry to transmit the present suit to the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge (Shahdara District) Karkardooma Courts on 25th April, 2018 at 02:00 p.m.
