% 20.12.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 5 has tendered in Court a further cheque of Rs.50,000/- towards costs and interest as a lump sum, which has been accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner in full & final settlement of all the petitioner's claim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already encashed two cheques aggregating to Rs.4,73,040/-. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
