% 17.03.2016 Reply has not been filed. No one has been appeared on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Arbitrator has already entered upon reference and the arbitration proceedings are in progress. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in case the interim order dated 22nd April, 2015 is made absolute, he will not pressed the present petitions. In view of the same order dated 22nd April, 2015 is made absolute.

Liberty is granted to the

respondents to move an application before the Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for modification or vacation of the interim order, if necessary. As and when the application is filed the same will be considered as per its own merits. Ordered accordingly. The petitions are accordingly disposed of.
