1. As noted in the last order, the petitioner had, as per the liberty granted to it by this Court on 09.05.2022, reconsidered the matter and passed a detailed order on 09.09.2022. A copy of the said order has been placed on record.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that since the matter has been re-examined by the petitioner in terms of the liberty granted by this Court on 09.05.2022, no useful purpose will be served by directing the petitioner to get the matter re-examined by the Committee as directed under the impugned order. He, therefore, prays that the petition may be disposed of by setting aside the impugned order with liberty to the respondents to assail the order dated 09.09.2022 as per law.

position that this Court had vide its order dated 09.05.2022, permitted the petitioner to re-examine the matter on its own as against the directions under the impugned order to constitute a Committee for reconsidering the matter, we are of the view that the impugned order deserves to be set aside. The same is, accordingly, set aside by making to clear that in case, the respondents are still aggrieved, it will be open for them to assail the order dated 09.09.2022 as per law.

4. The petition stands disposed of.
