% 11.01.2018 Learned counsels for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and Settlement Agreement dated 17.12.2017 has been entered into between them and they shall abide by the terms and conditions of the same.

In view of the settlement, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with leave to revive the same in case the respondents do not adhere to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
