% 31.08.2018 Mr. Aneja, counsel for the petitioners submits that since the representation of the petitioners stands accepted. He has instructions not to press the writ petition. However, he submits that two issues would also arise for the petitioners to be designated as Senior Personal Assistant and Private Secretary. Mr. Ghose, counsel for respondent no.1, submits that this issue is under consideration.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. In case, the issues are not decided favourably, the petitioners would be at liberty to raise the same in accordance with law, as prayed.
