This is an application filed by DSIIDC seeking impleadment as a party in the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioner says he has no objection, if the application is allowed.

Counsel for the non-applicants/respondent No.1 & 2 are not present. The record shows that, one, Mr. Devvrat, appeared for nonapplicant/respondent No.1/GNCTD on 5.4.2018. The said counsel would have ordinarily also represented non-applicant/respondent No.2 which is the office of the Commissioner of Industries.

In these circumstances, the captioned application is allowed. 5.

I am informed by counsel for the applicant that the amended memo of parties, wherein, DSIIDC has been shown as a party to the proceedings, has already been placed on record. The said statement of the counsel for the W.P.(C) No.14018/2009 Pg.1 of 2

applicant is taken note of.

Ms. Deepali Gupta, who, appears for the DSIIDC, says that she will adopt the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No.1 and 2. Learned counsel, however, says that she should be supplied with a copy of the writ petition. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to do the needful within one week from today.

The record shows that vide order dated 28.2.2011, this Court has directed that the matter be listed in due course. 8.

The Registry will dispatch a copy of this order to non-applicant no.1 and 2/respondent no.1 and 2.
