% 02.11.2016 None appears for the petitioners when the matter is called out. Mr. Kundu has tendered a status report in Court. As per the status report, the petitioners did not return to live at their given address at House No.9, Khasra No.442, Guru Nanak Dev Colony, Bhalswa Diary, Delhi and they have not returned even till date. The statement of petitioner No.2's mother has been recorded, where she has stated that she and her husband have debarred petitioner No.2 from her family and property. The status report states that the petitioners have not returned to their aforesaid given address since 10.08.2016. It appears that the petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing the petition.

In view of the aforesaid position, the petitioners are not represented today.

The petition is disposed of for non-prosecution. However, it shall be open to the petitioners to prefer a fresh petition in case they apprehend any danger from any quarter and if their grievance is not remedied by the police appropriately.
