% 18.03.2019 On the previous date, there was no appearance on behalf of the decree holder or the judgment debtor.

Insofar as the judgment debtor is concerned, there could not have been any appearance as the service was not complete. Accordingly, I had directed issuance of fresh notice on steps being taken by the decree holder.

Today, once again, there is no appearance on behalf of the decree holder. I must also indicate that there is a report of the Registry on record, which is suggestive of the fact that the judgment debtor was served via ordinary means on 3.12.2018.

It appears that the decree holder is not interested in prosecuting the captioned petition.
