O R D E R

% 27.10.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant has lodged the present FIR after 20 years of marriage. Complainant is living in the petitioner's house.

It is submitted that complainant and children had been harassing the petitioner and he had to leave the house. Presently, he is living with his parents. Complainant continues to occupy his house. Learned APP, who is assisted by the learned counsel for complainant, submits that after two years of marriage, petitioner started harassing the complainant. He would drink liquor and beat the complainant and their two

children, who are now 15 and 12 years of age, respectively. He also used to threaten the complainant with dire consequences. On 19th August, 2012, he left his house voluntarily.

Keeping in mind the above facts and the fact that petitioner has left his house three months ago and is living separately as also the fact that no custodial interrogation is required, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
