% 27.01.2015 These matters are taken up today as 23 rd January, 2015 was declared a holiday.

The petitioners have filed the present petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside and quashing of the process of impugned summons dated 7th October, 2014 issued to them by the learned Special Judge, By:AMULYA

FIL 'C Electricity and Additional District & Sessions Judge, (South District), Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi, in Complaint Case No.408/2014. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 states that respondent No.2-Deparatment has received the entire settled amount from the petitioners and the disputes between the parties were resolved. He further submits that in view thereof, respondent No.2 shall withdraw the above said complaint case pending before the Electricity Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for 'I respondent No.2, the impugned summoning order dated 7th October, 2014 will become infructuous as also the complaint case No.408/2014. The present petitions are accordingly disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of I^IX40 H -"A NN IVG H 9 4"
