% 23.04.2026 CM APPL. 26785/2026 (corrections/modifications of judgment) 1.
This application has been filed on behalf of claimants/respondent no.1 & 2 seeking correction of a clerical error in paragraph nos.11-15 of the judgment dated 6th April 2026, passed by this Court, whereby the appeal was disposed of and had directed were issued for release of amounts by virtue of directions in paragraph nos.9-12.

The directions, however, considered only the previous directions of the Court on 14th November 2014, whereby the deposit had been directed before the Registrar General of this Court and release of 50% of the awarded amount.

It is pointed out by Mr. Jatinder Kamra, counsel for claimants, that as recorded in a subsequent order dated 8th December 2014, the Court had been informed that the amounts were lying at "State Bank of India, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi".

Accordingly, directions issued to the "Registrar General of this Court" or to "UCO Bank" stand modified to "State Bank of India, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi."

Accordingly, paragraph nos. 9, 11, 12 and 15 of the said judgment be read as under:
"9. By order dated 14th November 2014, this Court had directed the deposit of entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest before the Registrar General of this Court and directed release of 50% of the awarded amount as per the directions of MACT in the impugned award. By order dated 8th December 2014, the Court had subsequently directed that since the amount was lying with SBI, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, the directions passed on 14th November 2014 shall apply to SBI, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

11. The balance amount along with interest due to claimant deposited with SBI, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi will be released to the claimant as per the scheme set out in the impugned award.
12. Accordingly, balance amount be also released in accordance with the directions of the MACT by SBI, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

15. Copy of this judgment be sent to the Manager, SBI, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for information and necessary compliance."
