The present bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.841/2014 under Sections 498-A/406 IPC, PS Nihal Vihar, New Delhi. 2.

Status report has been filed by the State.

Today the petitioner has also paid Rs.1,00,000/- to the complainant/R2, which she received, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and subject to adjustment against future settlement, if any, entered between the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned.

However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and BAIL APPLN. 766/2015

when required by the IO/SHO concerned.
