Consequent to Delhi Development Authority being struck off, Mr.Sapra, Sr. Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent seeks to withdraw the applications of the respondent under Order 1 Rule 10 and under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The said applications shall also stand withdrawn and the amended plaint be taken off the record.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
