% 07.12.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that the petitioner would like to avail of the opportunity of making a representation to the respondents challenging the order of blacklisting. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a representation with the respondents.

The writ petition is, accordingly dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty of the petitioner to make a representation with the respondents.

On a representation being filed, the respondents shall dispose of the same in accordance with law and as expeditiously as WP(C) 7463/2016

possible.

It is clarified that this Court has not set aside the impugned order and has also not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioner or the defence of the respondents.
