% 26.10.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 are known to each other. Petitioner no. 3 is ex-husband of respondent no.2; whereas petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are relatives of petitioner no.3. A quarrel took place between the petitioners and respondent no.2 on some trivial issue which had led to registration of present FIR.

It is further submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have now settled their disputes amicably vide Compromise Deed dated 12th April, 2013, therefore, FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Jaiveer Singh of police station Khajuri Khas. She admits having settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or

coercion.

She has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Learned APP submits that respondent no. 2 had sustained injuries in the quarrel, which are simple in nature.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as detailed above, FIR No. 144/2013 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at police station Khajuri Khas and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
