1. The Decree Holder, who appears in person, submits that at present, he does not have the fresh address of the Judgment Debtor ('JD'). Under these circumstances, he wishes to withdraw the present execution petition with liberty to file a fresh one after receipt of the fresh address, if any of the JD.

2. The present execution petition and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
