% 24.08.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorised construction being carried out at plot No.127-C, Village Masjid Moth, New Delhi.

On advance notice learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance.

It is stated that the property already stands booked on the complaint made by the petitioner on 29.7.2016 and a notice to show cause has been issued to the private respondent (respondent no.2) as to why demolition order be not passed against him vide communication dated 05.8.2016.

Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions from Mr. Naresh Kumar Bhardwaj, A.E. states that demolition order has been

passed against illegal structure on 16.8.2016 and the demolition programme is fixed for some time in the last week of August, 2016 and he further undertakes that the demolition order will be implemented in true letter and spirit.

Action initiated/implemented will be intimated to the petitioner. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
