% 14.01.2016 This is a suit for recovery of amount which was given as loan by the plaintiff to the defendants and suit valued at Rs.1,21,05,000/-. Ld. counsel for the plaintiff submits that defendant no.1 is located at Hauz Khas which falls under the jurisdiction of District South, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District South, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South), Saket, Delhi on 10.03.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
