% 08.07.2016 Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 has submitted that this Court on 1.6.2016 noted that the settlement agreement has been entered into on 1.6.2016 between the parties. As per the terms of the settlement agreement the petitioners had agreed to pay a sum of Rs.34 lacs to the respondents towards full and final settlement of Execution Petition No.851/2012. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 on instructions from Shri Manmohan Singh who is present in person and is identified by learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that in terms of the settlement agreement dated 1st June 2016 the respondent No.1 has received the full amount of Rs.34 lacs and in terms of the settlement agreement the

Execution Petition and decree stands satisifed. Mr.Manmohan Singh who is present in person also states that he is authorised to appear on behalf of the legal heirs of Smt.Satinder Kaur and Smt.Upender Kaur. In terms of the above statement of the learned counsel for respondent No.1 and R-1(i) Shri Manmohan Singh, the present petition stands disposed of.
