% 20.08.2018 Anita Khatri and Raj Kumar have filed the present writ petition impugning order dated 4th June, 2018, passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, which reads as under:- "IA no.621/2016 Heard Ld. Counsel for defendants on this IA. Now re-list the case on 10.8.2018 for hearing/disposal of IA along with final arguments."

Having heard counsel for the petitioners, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 4th June, 2018 as it does not decide or dispose of the application filed by the petitioners for summoning of two bank witnesses. No doubt, the said application for summoning of bank witnesses has remained pending but this will not be a ground for us to issue notice. It is apparent from the impugned

order that the Presiding Officer of the Tribunal felt that arguments in the OA should be heard and while hearing the said arguments, the issue/question of summoning of bank witnesses would be examined. Recording the aforesaid, we dismiss the writ petition. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
